Taking the mystery out of remodeling.

We’re committed to giving you the right information—at the right time—to make informed decisions. Many of our clients have remarked that it’s our educational process that makes them feel much more comfortable making decisions.

If you need to know implications of moving a door or window, we’ll explain it to you. If you can’t decipher the alphabet soup of HVAC, MDF, Low VOC and CAT7 we’ll spell it out for you. You’ll go from unknowing neophyte to discerning construction decision-maker.

Constant contact.

As the project progresses, we use every planning and communication tool at our disposal to keep you informed: Gant charts that show how all the steps are inter-related; weekly status meetings to highlight next steps, emails and text messages. And yes, even phone calls. All from a single Project Manager who will see the job through from beginning to end.

On time and on budget. Really?

One of the added benefits to a smoothly running job is a smoothly running budget. In fact, with the exception of changes to the project requested by clients after the bid has been accepted, we are regularly within 3-5% of the original cost.

Now in a business where the cynics say, “Double the time and double the cost,” we’ve tamed the two biggest uncertainties. And in the process, we’ve remodeled remodeling.
