Nothing communicates what it’s like to work with a company better than direct feedback.  We aim to create a lasting relationship with our clients, and have built a reputation on the success and appreciation of previous customers.  Below you will find customer satisfaction scores as reported by GuildQuality, a third party independent research company that conducts surveys with people who have recently remodeled.

In 2010, Guild Quality surveyed 50 of our clients.  Based on the feedback they received, our client satisfaction levels came in at 100% in the following categories: Communication, Construction Quality, Professional & Organized, Trust, and Likely to Recommend.
