In 2010, Guild Quality, an independent, third party research company, surveyed our clients who remodeled that year. We were pleased to discover that every respondent gave us the highest marks possible in the categories of “Communication,” “Trust,” “Quality Construction,” and “Likely to Recommend.”

This year, Remodeling Magazine selected Carlisle Classic Homes as one of the Top 50 remodeling firms in the entire US—not just in the Seattle area, but the whole USA.  Why?  Well, in addition to our superior craftsmanship, we’ve been successful at eliminating the majority of headaches associated with remodeling and turning an uncertain process into one with great predictability.

In the nine years since its inception, Carlisle Classic Homes has built a reputation for quality outcomes. We’ve completed more than 200 projects, many large, some small, but all significant.  We believe that taking on a project means starting a relationship that will last well past the completion date.

Classic quality in any style.

The “classic” in our name is more a nod to enduring quality than a definition of style. In fact, we work on an entire spectrum of architectural styles, from craftsman to contemporary, 70‘s rambler to mid-century modern.  And while we are known for the kind of high quality of construction that people tend to associate with the past, we are fully versed in the latest building techniques and materials.

Green building.

For Carlisle Classic Homes, building green means flexible design, healthy homes, and working with the right materials and installation practices.  And while building green can be luxurious, it doesn’t have to be.  There are sustainable, healthy materials that cost the same as their unhealthy counterparts.
